How Heel Head Harmony collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Who we are

Heel Head Harmony ("we", "us") is a reflexology practice based in Hatfield, Doncaster. For any privacy questions, contact us at heelheadharmony@gmail.com or 07870 895863.

What information we collect

  • Contact details you give us — such as your name, email address and phone number when you enquire or book.
  • Health information you share so we can provide treatment safely. This is treated as special category data and handled with extra care.
  • Messages you send us via email, phone, the contact form or social media.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange appointments.
  • To provide safe, appropriate reflexology treatment and keep necessary treatment records.
  • To contact you about your bookings.

We rely on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in running the practice, as our lawful bases for using this information.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We only share it where necessary — for example, with our insurer in the event of a claim, or where required by law.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Website content is loaded from Google Sheets and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; these requests share technical information such as your IP address and browser details with those providers. Enquiries sent through the contact form are processed by our Cloudflare service and delivered by Resend to our email inbox. Please do not include detailed medical information in the website form.

How long we keep it

We keep treatment records for as long as professional guidelines and our insurer require, and enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond.

How we protect your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and limit access to it.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis for processing, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to its use, and receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. These rights are not absolute, and some records may need to be retained. Contact us using the details above to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
